ACL to hold ombudsman listening session on draft APS Guidelines

The Administration for Community Living (ACL) recently released Draft Voluntary Consensus Guidelines for State Adult Protective Services (APS) Systems. These draft guidelines were developed by experts in the field of APS and adult maltreatment based on the best research available on what works in APS and similar systems.

ACL is particularly interested in receiving feedback from the Long-Term Care Ombudsmen and others in the LTC Network.  A specific Listening Session has been set up for us on October 7, 2015 at 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm (Eastern).  Click here to register to be on the call.
