December 01, 2015

Click here to download the Emergency Preparedness Model Policies and Procedures for the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program, recently developed by the Office of Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs within the Administration on Aging (AoA).

These model policies and procedures are not required; they are for the consideration of State Units on Aging and Ombudsman programs in order to support the health, safety, welfare, and rights of long-term care facility residents before, during, and after emergencies.
