NORC hosts a monthly “Review for the New” call for new State Ombudsmen to share resources, provide technical assistance, and offer time for peer-to-peer learning. These calls are recorded but new State Ombudsmen are encouraged to attend as many live calls as possible, as the opportunity to ask questions and share information with your peers is invaluable.
