The August Office Hour focused on person-directed care and culture change. Patty Hall (Wyoming State Ombudsman), Karrie Craig (Maryland State Ombudsman), and staff from the Illinois State Ombudsman Office discussed the recent Center for Innovation Conference held in St. Louis, Missouri. They also discussed their individual state culture change coalitions.
