We covered the federal minimum training standards and shared resources to help you meet those standards. We also provided a walkthrough of the NEW NORC website to help you navigate the new site and access resources easier than ever. We also previewed our new continuing education courses on Strengthening Communication Skills for Resident-Directed Advocacy and Assessments and Care Plans: Ombudsman Practices to Support Rights and Care.
