Online Initial Training Curriculum Course Launch Webinar

Join us to learn about our new online learning system, specifically about the online course designed to be used alongside the Initial Certification Training Curriculum for Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs. We are excited to share this new training resource as it may assist your program in increasing access to initial certification training.

NORC staff will explain why we created the online course, how to utilize the online course to complement (not replace) the initial training curriculum. Presenters will also share the instructional materials and demonstrate how to access the online learning system, create an account to use the course, explain what the trainee will see, and how states will know who completes the course.

Audience: State Ombudsmen and staff representatives are encouraged to attend, especially those that provide initial certification training and support trainees.
