Michigan Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Talks to WGVU Radio

Laura Foerster, a local Long-Term Care Ombudsman in Michigan talks to WGVU radio about the LTCOP. She encourages residents and family members to call the ombudsman office when they think a facility is not in line with a resident's rights.
