Newsletter Written by and for Volunteer Ombudsmen in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program released the July 2021 edition of The Advocate, a newsletter written by and for volunteer Ombudsman program representatives from Erie to Philadelphia and all points between. The quarterly newsletter is a production of the Volunteer Task Force, with Jaime Rose and Jay Rotz providing assistance and design. This is an excellent example volunteer recognition, retention, and getting volunteers directly involved in sharing their experiences.
