Ohio State Long-Term Care Ombudsman, Beverley Laubert, was featured in an article for abc6 on family members advocating to get in contact with their loved ones while facilities restrict visitation. She said, “I understand facilities have challenges but when a family member can’t communicate, they can’t get information it just increases the anxiety level exponentially.”
