The program created three social media accounts that are meant specifically for facility staff to use and follow during October. Here is the email sent to the Ombudsman network. The Ombudsman program created a grouping of materials including videos from residents called Just 1 Thing, and a Call to Action for Ombudsmen directly from the survey conducted with the residents. Here are the pocket card instructions for Ombudsmen and pocket cards with the social media accounts listed for Ombudsmen to hand out.
