Sandra Madden shares her inspiring journey of transition from a nursing facility back into the community. She recalls the moment she realized she didn't belong in a nursing home, and with the help of the Oklahoma long-term care Ombudsman program, she was connected with Oklahoma's Living Choice Program. Ms. Madden enjoys the simple pleasures of life, painting, cooking, sweet tea, and spending quiet time in devotion.
