In addition to providing training, resources, and support to State Ombudsmen and program representatives, NORC is responsible for responding to technical assistance requests. NORC staff respond to a variety of requests across the country. Technical assistance requests often involve questions regarding program management, issue advocacy, systems advocacy, and ombudsman skills training.
