Updated PowerPoint on The Who, What, Where, Why, and How of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program

This presentation has been updated to include 2020 NORS data and it reviews the Ombudsman program responsibilities required by federal law so the information is applicable in every state. This presentation will allow attendees to gain an understanding about what the Ombudsman program does, who the Ombudsman program serves, and how to contact the program.
