Lance Robertson Celebrates Residents’ Rights Month and Recognizes the Work of Long-Term Care Ombudsmen

Lance Robertson wrote about Residents' Rights Month and the importance of connections in a year that has been so difficult on long-term care residents. In addition, he recognized the work of Long-Term Care Ombudsman programs to advocate for residents, their loved ones, and facility staff members. Lance specifically mentioned the Alabama, Connecticut, and Michigan Ombudsman programs. Lance ended his bulletin by sharing a resident submission to Consumer Voice's Resident's Voice Challenge.
