The National Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC) hosts a virtual office hour the last Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm ET. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share information, and have open conversations with your peers and NORC staff.

NOTE: The next call will be on July 31, 2024. The focus of the July call is NORS Consistency and Quality Assurance. Join the call and bring your questions and experiences.
