The National Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC) hosts a virtual office hour the last Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm ET. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share information, and have open conversations with your peers and NORC staff. Join the call and bring your questions and experiences.

PLEASE READ: We now record and post these calls and you need to register to attend. If you are registered and attend at least 30 minutes of the call, you will be sent a certificate of participation. These calls are open to all State Ombudsmen and their program representatives.
