The National Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC) hosts a virtual office hour the last Wednesday of each month at 2:00 pm ET. This is an opportunity to ask questions, share information, and have open conversations with your peers and NORC staff. Join the call and bring your questions and experiences.

PLEASE READ: Starting in August 2024, we now record and post these calls and you need to register to attend. If you are registered and attend at least 30 minutes of the call, you will be sent a certificate of participation. These calls are open to all State Ombudsmen and their program representatives.
