Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed an executive order establishing the Michigan Nursing Home Workforce Stabilization Council (NHWSC). Their goal will be to identify review, develop, and recommend policies, administrative actions, legislative changes, and other approaches to support high-quality nursing home care.
