State Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs: Organizational Structure (July 2016)
This report is from The National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities (NASUAD) and was supported, in part, by a grant from the Administration on Aging, Administration for Community Living. NASUAD has compiled information from State Long-Term Care Ombudsmen regarding the SLTCOP structure within each state. As states look at their programs, this document provides information to help states assess structural changes that may be made to the program. 

Long-Term Care Ombudsman Certification Survey (March 2010)
Coordinated by NORC and NASOP, this survey looks at certification and initial training requirements for long-term care ombudsmen. Forty-two states participated in the survey.
