Policies & Procedures

NORC receives many requests from State Ombudsmen regarding the development or updating of policies and procedures. However, most SLTCOPs are in the process of updating their policies and procedures manual as part of LTCOP Rule implementation and once we receive updated manuals they will be shared below. Policies and procedures manuals created prior to the effective date of the LTCOP Final Rule are archived.
